$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install epsilon-bin 

epsilon-bin is installed in your system.

Make ensure the epsilon-bin package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep epsilon-bin *

You will get with epsilon-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table

epsilon-bin package basic information:
